Description
A carbon steel loaf tin with a sliding lid, for baking square-sided sandwich loaves. The ridged, corrugated sides and base are finished with a non-stick coating, and the lid slides off along its rails once the loaf is baked. It can also be used without the lid for a domed loaf.
This is the small size, measuring approximately 18.6 x 9.5 x 8 cm and suited to a 300 g loaf. Supplied in a rose gold finish.
